We get it—choosing a workspace is a big decision. What makes us different is that we’ve built a space SPECIFICALLY for wellness professionals. Every detail—from the professional studio design to our welcoming, collaborative community—is crafted to help you focus on what matters most while building a future you can be proud of.

Do I have to commit to a long-term lease?

Our leases are 12 months, which offers stability and peace of mind for you and your clients. A 12-month term allows you to settle in, build momentum, and create a consistent experience for your clients without frequent renewals. We’ll walk you through all the details upfront, so you’ll feel confident and clear about what to expect.

What kind of support will I get as a tenant?

Our support doesn’t just stop at the door. Along with a premium suite, you’ll have access to a professional directory, marketing resources, and community events designed to help you grow your business. We’re here to help you succeed, whether that’s through operational assistance or connecting you with like-minded practitioners.

Can I make changes to my suite?

We understand that you want a space that feels like home. While major alterations, like painting walls, aren’t permitted to maintain a consistent, professional look across all of our studios, minor modifications can sometimes be accommodated with written approval. This approach helps us preserve the high standards and welcoming atmosphere that benefit all our tenants and their clients too. If you’d like to personalize your suite in ways that align with our standards, we’re happy to discuss what’s possible. Just keep in mind that any approved changes need to be restored at the end of your lease.

How can I be sure this is the right place for me?

We believe in transparency and providing a community where wellness professionals truly feel they belong. If you’re on the fence, reach out for a tour, ask all your questions, and see for yourself. We’re here to support.

How secure is my studio and personal belongings?

Your peace of mind is our priority. With advanced keyless entry and restricted access hours, it is of utmost importance that your suite and belongings remain secure. Rest assured that our robust security measures are designed to create a trusted and safe environment for all.

How often is rent due?

Rent is due weekly, every Tuesday by 4 p.m. Note that for security and convenience, we do not accept cash, money orders, or personal checks.

What is required for me to apply?

To ensure we’re a great fit for each other, our application process includes a few key requirements:

Application Fee: This non-refundable fee is submitted with your application.

Credit score: A score of 600 or higher.

Security deposit: The security deposit is equal to two weeks of rent and is payable via cashier’s check or money order to secure your space. It’s fully refundable at the end of your lease, provided the suite is returned in its original condition. Please note that this security deposit is non-refundable if a tenant breaks the lease early, which helps cover the time and cost of finding a new tenant.

Initial deposit: This initial deposit, equal to one week’s rent, is due upon approval and serves as your first rent payment. It allows you to finalize your commitment and secure your suite. This amount is separate from the security deposit.

Registered business & bank account: We work with established businesses ready to manage their finances professionally.

Professional license & liability insurance: Valid and up-to-date, so you’re covered and compliant.

Experience & clientele: At least 2 years of experience and an active client base are needed.

Active social media presence: We look for providers with an engaged, professional social media presence, which helps build relationships with clients and showcase your services effectively.

Necessary tools: You’ll need to supply all tools required to perform your services.

Background check: This helps us maintain a secure and trusted community for everyone.

Why does 360 Wellness Studios require a background check?

A fair question. The background check is all about maintaining a safe and trusted environment for all our tenants and their clients. It’s a standard part of the process, so everyone can work with confidence knowing they’re in a secure, professional space.

How do I begin the application process?

Getting started is simple! Just complete our application form along with the small application fee. From there, we’ll guide you every step of the way to secure your space and get you settled in.
